Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Steadyfeed, run by Steadyfeed ("we", "us"), collects, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell personal information and we don't use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address, a scrambled (hashed) form of your password, and an optional profile photo.
- Workspace content: posts, captions, images, notes, playbooks, tasks, files and comments your team adds.
- Contacts: the people your workspace adds or imports, or who sign up through your forms, with the details you keep about them.
- Connected accounts: for Instagram, your account name, an access token, your posts' results and the comments on them.
- Billing: your plan and Stripe customer reference. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Usage: sign-in attempts, AI usage totals and error logs, to keep Steadyfeed secure and working.
How we use it
To run Steadyfeed for your workspace: show your desk, post to Instagram when you've approved a post, draft text with AI, send alerts and the morning email you've turned on, bill paid plans, keep accounts secure and answer support requests. Workspace content belongs to the workspace; for contacts, the workspace is responsible for having permission to keep and use them, and we act on its behalf.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Steadyfeed, and only what each needs:
- Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database), in the United States;
- Resend, to send email such as sign-in links, alerts and the morning email;
- Stripe, for payments on paid plans;
- Meta, when you connect Instagram;
- the AI provider your workspace uses (for example Anthropic), for text you ask it to work on.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Who inside a workspace can see what
Everyone in a workspace can see its posts, tasks, Library and contacts. Admins also manage the team, Instagram, AI settings and billing. Our support team can't open your workspace unless one of its admins turns on Support access, and changes made during that time are listed for your admins.
Cookies
Steadyfeed uses only the cookies it needs: one to keep you signed in and one to remember which workspace you last opened. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Passwords are hashed, keys for connected services are stored encrypted, and every workspace's data is kept separate from every other's. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you notice anything wrong.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account or workspace exists. A workspace owner can export everything or delete the workspace from Settings; deleting removes its content, and accounts that belong to no other workspace are deleted with it. Backups clear within 30 days. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
Children
Steadyfeed is for people 18 and older, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
We'll update this page when our practices change and tell workspace owners about material changes. Questions or requests: hello@steadyfeed.app.
