Terms of Service

Each brand or account lives in a workspace. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and decides who joins it and what role they have. Owners are responsible for their team's use of the workspace. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Everything you put into Steadyfeed (posts, captions, images, notes, playbooks, contacts and files) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run Steadyfeed for you, including sending it to the services you connect, such as Instagram and your chosen AI provider. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload and to contact the people in your Contacts.

Steadyfeed can draft posts, slides, replies and other text with AI. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, so review it before you publish anything. You're responsible for what you post. Text you send to the AI goes to the AI provider set for your workspace, under that provider's terms.

When you connect Instagram, Steadyfeed posts approved content at the times you choose, reads results and comments, and sends the replies you approve, through Meta's official API. Your use of Instagram stays subject to Meta's terms. We aren't responsible for changes or outages at Meta or any other service you connect.

You agree not to use Steadyfeed to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• send spam or contact people who haven't agreed to hear from you;
• post content that is deceptive, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative;
• store protected health information, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data (keep medical details out of posts, notes and contacts);
• probe, overload or get around the security or limits of Steadyfeed.

We may suspend a workspace that does any of these.

The free plan includes a monthly amount of AI. Paid plans are billed monthly, per workspace, in advance, through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months. We'll tell you before a price change takes effect on your plan. Workspaces that use their own AI key have no AI limit from us.

Our support team can't open your workspace unless one of its admins turns on Support access in Settings. Access ends at the time you choose or when you end it, and the changes support makes are listed there.

You can export your workspace's data at any time. A workspace owner can delete the workspace from Settings, which deletes its content and cancels its paid plan. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

We may improve or change Steadyfeed over time. We may update these terms and will tell workspace owners about material changes before they apply. You can stop using Steadyfeed at any time. We may end the service, or your access, with reasonable notice, or straight away for serious breaches of these terms.

Steadyfeed is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it secure and running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
